I'm a curious being, life creator, visual storyteller, collector of experiences, loving human & mother, enthusiastic learner, a positive innovator, and an outdoor passionate and soulful cook.

My cooking is inspired by my Barcelona, Spain, heritage, using fresh Mediterranean ingredients.

My passion is creating and crafting easy quality dishes from scratch in my kitchen and sharing and presenting them with complete attention to detail to make them pleasurable and a rewarding experience for the diner. They are cooked with love.
