Join us for a transformational hike and picnic with our charming and spectacular chef/guide Raquel, founder of W.O.M.E.N, a tribe of inclusive, extraordinary authentic women gathering and cultivating mindful moments outdoors while moving and enjoying nature. 

 

Raquel will lead us on a joyful 6-mile hike from Crissy Field to Marshall Beach. Meet your TWA Allies, get some exercise, fresh air, and peace of mind. After the hike Raquel, who hails from Barcelona, will prepare a healthful, Spanish-style gourmet picnic. You will leave feeling energized and filled up. All around good energy guaranteed!
