Become a runner, take your running to the next level, and reach race goals. Any level welcome.
Training with coach Raquel includes weekly running schedules, and Zoom meets to discuss or learn new running tips every week, including dynamic stretching, strength workouts, agility drills, and always finishing with a stretch routine.
Follow a schedule and train with other women to stay motivated and accountable.
Learn about running gear, running techniques, pace, and proper form. Run at different speeds to build endurance, establish a routine, facilitate recovery, increase the lactate threshold, promote speed, improve running economy, and build strength.
