Training with coach Raquel includes weekly running schedules, zoom meets to discuss or learn new running tips every week. Including dynamic stretching, strength workouts, agility drills, and always finishing with a stretch routine.
Follow a schedule and train with other women to stay motivated being accountable.
Learn about running gear, running techniques, pace, and proper form. Run at different speeds to build endurance, establish a routine, facilitate recovery, increase the lactate threshold, promote speed, improve running economy, and build strength.
