HOW IT WORKS

Register here for the w.o.m.e.n move outdoors challenge

Create a https://www.nike.com/nrc-app
*All logging and tracking will be done on Nike Run Club -
Start logging your exercising (intentional walk, hike or run) miles on June1st
Get in as many days of movement as possible and try to “hit” together 30 days -
Track your progress on the Nike Run Club challenge
HOW TO RECORD AND TRACK YOUR MOVES

The tracking and live leaderboard. The leaderboard will be based on the number of days / miles you achieve your daily move.

What does not count? moving around without intention to work out or move outdoors such as picking up mail from mailbox, doing yard work, etc.
June 1st to June 30th 2023
Walk, hike, or run 50 miles outdoors. The goal is to complete 50 miles during the June month. You decide how many miles x day or when you take breaks.
Be active outdoors, have fun, and keep it up!
